I joined the Aiga Capital Partners team at Chautauqua Park for their first company offsite to capture new headshots, moments of team bonding along their hike and nature photos for their marketing materials. Hiring a photographer to capture the team’s time together not only allowed them to be completely present in the beauty of the space and the conversation, but Aiga also now has a catalog of amazingly authentic images for employer branding and employee attraction. Employees, as well as potential clients, are much more attracted to the authenticity of a firm or company than the plasticy feel of stock photography.

Whitney DeVoto Photography operates on the occupied territories of the Cheyenne, Ute and 48+ contemporary Indigenous Tribes and Nations who live and travel throughout Colorado. 3% of every shoot or image license is contributed to Spirit of the Sun— an Indigenous, women-led nonprofit serving Native/BIPOC communities in Colorado through a variety of youth programming, land stewardship and food access offerings. Spirit of the Sun’s mission is to work in partnership with Native American communities in urban areas and on reservations to boost the resilience of Native people, especially youth and young adults.
