Funeral-director-turned-songwriter, Terra Spencer.

Terra can make you feel knee-to-knee with her in a room of 5 or 500 with her butterscotch vibrato, deft fingerstyle guitar, church bench piano, sly humor, and ‘70s wood-paneled warmth. Terra and her collaborative album, Brick and Mortar, are nominated for the 2024 Canadian Folk Music Awards Contemporary Singer of the Year and Album of the Year.

Shot in Terra’s Nova Scotia home and neighborhood park in collaboration with photographer Dave Brosha.
